These Terms govern the use of SellerPadi's digital sales receipts, store branch management, and commercial shipment custody tracking infrastructure.
Key Operating Principles
- Merchant Sales Operations: Merchants issuing digital receipts are responsible for inventory pricing accuracy, local tax collection, and compliance with statutory e-invoicing standards.
- Package Dispatch Custody: Handover verification codes and scratch-off PIN matches establish non-repudiation during commercial deliveries.
- Subscription & Overage Billing: Plan quotas renew on the monthly billing anniversary. Overage beyond plan allowances is charged at the stated universal rate.
